“I totally tidied up my room, lit some tealights and incenses, put on meditative music and smoked regular salvia of the size of a penny with my hookah. Nothing happend, except for feeling a little dizzy. Then, same amount, 5x concentrated salvia. I'm glad 5x extract was enough for me and for one of my friends. Unfortunately, another friend didn't felt anything special with the same amount and potency... Your experience degree really depends on how sensible you are to salvia. Some people really needs higher potency extracts. Some (like me) really FLY away with this potency.
Tips: RESPECT IT. If you smoke it the right way, with the right dose and potency, nothing can prepare you for what you'll experience in the next minutes. One or two big hits are enough. Hold a BIG amount of smoke for AT LEAST 30 secs. Use a TORCH LIGHTER. Use a SMALL WATER BONG. Salvia needs to burn at a really high temperature. Keep the flame in the plant as long as you inhale. Do it indoor, with very few people (1 or 2), in a dark room (have some light, but few). DON'T TRY IT ALONE!! I standed up and runned, and the sitters had to stop me (supidly, I smoked it in an apartment).
Remember: DON'T PANIC, despite how strong the experience is being, you'll be back really soon.
