Tribunal supremo: água de bongo é ilegal!

O tribunal supremo de Minesota, Estados Unidos, regeu que a água deixada num bongo após fumar pode ser considerada uma droga ilegal.

O caso envolveu uma mulher de 46 anos, de Minesota, que foi presa em 2007, e à qual foram apreendidos itens de sua casa, inclusive um bongo de vidro. Este continha uma pequena quantidade de líquido que deu positivo num teste de metanfetamina. O tribunal supremo decidiu que a água de um bongo agora conta como “mistura” de drogas, sob a lei do estado americano.

Um agente de narcóticos testemunhou que os utilizadores de drogas por vezes guardam a água para beberem ou injectarem mais tarde.

Beber água de bongo? Que nojo!

Talvez esta lei ridícula contribua para melhorar a higiene entre os utilizadores (afinal de contas, nunca sabes quando a polícia federal te vai entrar pela casa adentro).

hehe injecting bongwater? are you f****** kidding me , usualy i max different herbs or hash with tobacco the leftover nicotine in the water from smoking as little as 10-20 ciggarettes even if the nikotine is carefully removed by gently roasting the tobacco as i do would proabably be enough to kill several people, thats the sickest most wrong story about bongwater i have ever heard, they might aswell consider drain cleaner an illegal drug too then becaus there just might be some moron out there thinking about injecting it or drinking it, or some wierd shit like that and what if people actualy survive injecting or eating or whatever really really dumb substances or even poisons or what not they can think of, are they illegal drugs by american law then? , OMFG some people should have no right to speak a single word even to themselves, well this story will anyways proabably keep me grining my face off atleast untill this time next year

Also, if you read the whole story, the lovely woman was a mother of two. Smoking meth. Now I'm not saying she's a BAD person. But that is certainly f'ed up. If you disagree, stop smoking meth, or put your kids up for adoption - they deserve better!

When the narcotics officer said "drinking the bong water" my guess is he didn't mean the water that's left after smoking weed or hash, but after using methamphetamine. Meth is water-soluble.

You're right the United States is not free. I should know that's where I live. I was arrested once for having 2g of pot in the privacy of my hotel room which they searched without cause. It cost close to a thousand dollars including lawyer and fines.

Thats the keenest thing ive heard,lets face it most of us Thats had a long or short term fling wiv weed....as stupid as it is maybe fueled by peer pressure beer n go hard attitude hav tried 2keep a mouthful of bong water dwn as part of a dare,my experience is that it dont wana stay dwn tho maybe sum poor junkie was outa cash wiv the itch n a dirty bong n wiv sum laterme junkie thinkin ova cum the waste factor of not bein able2keep bong water dwn by injectin it lol?if ur at that point do not pass go do not collect$200 all hope is lost.
